BCTY is B'nai Chaim Temple Youth. It is open to kids in grades 9th-12th. We are associated with
NFTY (National Federation of Temple Youth) which is part of URJ. We also have JYG which is our junior youth group. JYG is open to kids in grades 6th-8th. The youth group is involved in religious, community oriented, and fun activities. Some past and future youth group activites are a chili dinner for the homeless, a teen service, a halloween "Terror in the corn" maze, and a spagetti dinner for Camp Rainbow. BCTY attends chavurot (weekend gateherings with other reform synagogues from Colorado, Kansas, Missouri, Wyoming, Iowa, Illinois (Outside of Chicago), and Nebraska as a part of a
Nfty Missouri Valley Region.
